Please contact us so we can provide a formal marketing plan for sale or lease of your commercial site. We have a referral network of office brokers who specialize in both landlord representation and tenant representation, and can put you in touch with the best fit for you if you are working on an office lease. We can also recommend a great legal team tailored to your specific needs and personality preferences for commercial transactions.

Residential Listings:

We will meet with you at the residential site and give you suggestions about how to prepare it for sale. Our initial home visits take about an hour and are free of charge. We will provide you with input regarding preparing the property for sale or lease, and will help you determine whether it makes sense to attack deferred maintenance and repairs before listing.  We will list the residential property in the FMLS and provide customized marketing through other media. We can give you staging suggestions, and if you decide you want to hire a staging professional, we know the best ones in the business.

Ready-to-Rent Program:

Have you been considering investing in a rental property, but feel like you don’t have all the information you need to move forward? Are you an international investor needing a referral for property management services and a referral to an accountant or estate planning advisor in connection with your US real property holdings? Our agents comb the market for homes in good school districts suitable for investment, and assist you through all phases of diligence, including tenant screening and lease negotiation and execution, for a fixed consulting fee or a traditional real estate commission. We can also provide a great referral to manage your rental property portfolio so you don’t have to answer service calls if you don’t want to. Transaction Brokerage:

Spaces is available to provide consulting services where we are not agents for either buyer or seller, but we facilitate closing of the transaction or advise on the transaction for a fixed fee. We know how to get closings over the finish line.
